Trócaire

Trócaire is an international humanitarian and development organization founded in 1973. It serves as the official overseas development agency of the Catholic Church in Ireland. Since its establishment, Trócaire has worked to support vulnerable communities facing poverty, conflict, climate challenges, and humanitarian crises around the world.

Headquartered in Ireland, Trócaire partners with local organizations in more than 20 countries to deliver emergency assistance, promote human rights, and support long-term development programs. Its work focuses on areas such as food security, health and nutrition, livelihoods, gender equality, climate justice, and peacebuilding.
